You can make so many dishes with our dumplings and we would love to share the ideas with you:

Fried dumplings with eggs

You will need: 300 grams of frozen dumplings, 1 medium onion, 3 table spoons of butter, 3 eggs,  3 table spoons of sour cream, green onions for garnish, salt and black pepper to taste.

Cut the onion the way you prefer, melt the butter and sauté onion till they soft and nice in color. Add dumplings and continue frying till they are nicely crisp. Then mix eggs, sour cream and spices and pour over dumplings. Cover with lead and continue cooking on low temperature. Mean while cut green onions for garnish. Keep checking so the egg mixture won’t start to burn. When the eggs are all firm your meal is ready and so are you to have beautiful dinner.  Garnish it with green onions and serve with a salad and your favorite sauce. Salsa will do 🙂

Fried dumplings with cheese

You will need: 200 grams of dumplings, 2 table spoons of butter, 3 table spoons of shredded cheese such as cheddar or one of your favorite, salt and pepper to taste.

Boil dumplings fallowing the recipe on the bag, make sure not to over cook them, extract from water carefully ,warm your skillet and melt butter. when its melted and hot add your dumpling  and fry till they nicely fried. Transfer into your plate and add shredded cheese on top. Garnish with your favorite greens or not :o) Enjoy your meal

Dumplings under vegetable blanket

You will need: 500 grams of dumplings, 400 gr of  broccoli, one medium eggplant, one onion, 2 tomatoes, 2 sweet red peppers (you can exchange to any other veggies of your preference) 2-3 table spoon of sour cream, vegetable oil, your preferred greens and herbs and spices.

Clean and cut your vegetables. In a deep skillet melt 2 table spoons of oil, add onions and sauté 5-8 minutes. Add your veggies, but save the broccoli . Add 3-4 table spoons of hot water and keep sautéing for 10 more minutes. Add your spices, cover and put aside. Boil broccoli in salted water to your taste and add to your other vegetables. On the other skillet heat the oil and fry your dumplings till they are  nice and crispy. Then add all your vegetables, mix and serve with the dash of sour cream and your favorite sauce such as sriracha . Enjoy :0)

And of course we all love soups in our long Canadian winters:

You will need: 300 grams of dumplings, 1 litre of your favorite broth , 300 gr of your favorite greens and veggies, I always recommend broccoli as one of them.

Boil your broth and add your dumplings ,mix making sure they are not sticking to the bottom, right away add your veggies and cook till dumplings are floating and then for 4 minutes more. Serve with soya and hot sauce if you like.
